San Francisco Wonderly Gathering

The San Francisco Wonderly gathering happened this past weekend and it was super fun! It was hosted by Emily the Bravee and I, and we did crafts and played charades and it was super cute and fun. Keep reading for a ton of photos and check out the video recap below!

Of course it wouldn’t be a gathering hosted by me without some crafting. Emily and I got materials to decorate birdhouses and mini flowerpots, which were just so adorable.

When I craft, I’m usually alone in my room, constantly adjusting a camera, so it was super fun to get to do it with a group of people this time and just hang out and talk while we made stuff.

Many thanks to Alex for taking all these photos. Didn’t they turn out great?

And thank you to everyone who came and brought food! These cookies and cupcakes were both so delicious!

After crafting for a while, we decided to play YouTube charades, which is just like normal charades, except all the words you have to act out are themed around YouTube.

I ended up getting Charlieissocoollike, Jack and Finn, and then VidCon. VidCon was tricky, but they got it in the end!

We also took tons of photos with everyone. It’s still weird to me every time that someone wants to take a photo with me, but I’m happy to do it.

Also, this is a thing that happened. Overly attached Karen?

Be sure to go subscribe to Emily’s YouTube channel if you’re not already! She designed the poster here and did half the work putting all of this together.

Thank you to Makeshift Society for letting us use the amazing space. It was perfect for our gathering!

Everyone got to take home their finished craft project at the end of the gathering. Didn’t everyone’s stuff come out so cute?

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our gathering! I had a great time and I hope everyone else did too. Be sure to check out the video recap, visit the Wonderly website if you want to learn more about it, and stay tuned for more gatherings in the future!
