I absolutely love business cards, and so, after making a change in employment, I ordered new ones, since the cards I’ve been using lately were my official YouTube business cards, which, while impressive on first glance, aren’t quite applicable anymore. I wanted a new card that has all of my updated links and is consistent with all of the new personal branding I’m launching over the next few weeks.
Once again I ordered my cards from Moo.com, since they have fantastic print quality, fair prices, and gorgeous branding. Whenever I get anything from them, the whole experience, from opening the package to sliding the bellyband off the little white box to flipping through the crisp new cards, is so fun and exciting.
Moo offers the option of printing the same front on every card while printing as many different backs as you want. I decided to put photos of my work on the back of the cards, from my design work to my crafting projects to photos of my face, so that I can give out different cards depending on the situation. They also almost become like trading cards!
I wanted to keep the front fairly simple, including only my name, a brief description of what I do, and the most important links. This is also a preview of my new website design, which I’m hoping to launch in the next week or so, depending on when it’s finished being coded. It’s way better than the current layout, and I can’t wait for you guys to see it!
Thanks for reading and checking out my new business cards. Stay tuned to this site for even more blog posts as well as a shiny new layout coming soon!
